Shipping Policy

  • Every product we ship is packed according to shipping standards.
  • We strive to ship our products within 1-3 business days. If an order is placed early in a business day it usually ships out same day.
  • Orders will not be processed on weekends or holidays.
  • We general ship via a courier company, either Direct Freight Express or Blue Star Logistics.

Shipping Damages:

  • All products are inspected before being shipped, but damages may occur during shipping. If the product is received damaged, it must be reported to us within 24 hours. All boxes and packing material must be saved. It is possible that the shipping company may want to inspect these materials. Upon receiving credit from the carrier, the product will be re-shipped.
  • Of course if the incorrect product is shipped, or the product is defective, we will correct it.

FREE delivery to metropolitan areas of all capital cities within mainland Australia for all Christmas trees 4ft and above. Quotes will be provided for shipping to regional and remote areas within Australia. Free shipping is only available for customers purchasing 4ft Christmas trees and above at the retail price. Wholesale orders are subject to freight and delivery charges. Wholesale orders can also be collected from our warehouse.
