Warranty

The warranty period can vary depending on the product and begins from the date of original purchase. To obtain a warranty, proof of purchase is required.

Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accident, abuse, or colour fading. If there is a single part defective and proof is provided, we will only replace the faulty part. Warranty doesn’t apply for the decorations on the Swede and Belgian Berry products.

The warranty periods are as follows (excludes commercial use):

  • 11 year warranty for domestic indoor use for green Artificial Christmas Trees excluding Half Trees, Pre-Lit Trees, Wall Trees and Table Top Trees
  • 11 year warranty for domestic indoor use for black Artificial Christmas Trees excluding black Garlands
  • 1 year warranty for domestic indoor use for white Artificial Christmas Trees
  • 3 year warranty for domestic indoor use for snow flocked Artificial Christmas Trees
  • 2 year warranty for domestic indoor use for Rotating Christmas Tree Stands
  • 1 year warranty for domestic indoor use for all Pre-Lit Artificial Christmas Trees
  • 5 year warranty for domestic indoor use for Wreaths, Swags, Garlands, Half Trees and Table Top Trees

Products that are for commercial use, will only have a warranty of one Christmas season.
